No returns or refunds are available on flash sale products.

In cases where you are not satisfied with your product, Thritha Art Studios has a thorough Return Policy for all products.

 When can I ask for a return?

All domestic customers can request a return within 24 Hrs after product delivery at their shipping address. Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.

 What products can I return?

Only those products which are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged are eligible for return; discounted and/or altered products will not be eligible for a return. Any products with damages, usage, stains, wear and tear will not be eligible for a return. In the unlikely event that your merchandise has arrived in a damaged condition, you will be required to email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order at thrithastudio@gmail.com. Once your request for a return has been authorized, It must reach us in 7 days only. 

How does the refund policy work?

Thritha Art Studios offers refunds only in the form of store-credit.

  • If you wish to return any item, you may get it exchanged against a different product of your choice, or put forth a request for store-credit on thrithastudio@gmail.com .
  • The store-credit once given to you, will be valid for 90 days from the date of credit transfer.
  • All of the products at Thritha Art Studios are checked properly by our quality team before being sent for shipping.
  • In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product damaged, kindly email the customer care for raising the request for return.

Within how many days will I get a refund?

All of the refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days upon receipt of goods.
